Sports and art were two of my first passions in life, and I knew that at a very young age I would do whatever it takes to make a career that combines them. In a competitive field such as sports design, it is important to think about how your work will be able to stand apart from the many other designers that look to fill the same position as you. In order to create captivating sports design artwork, I feel that each graphic that you create must have a concise storyline while also heroizing the athlete. The way to successfully heroize the subject is through the use of setting, visual textures, overlays, and lighting. The works below are just a glimpse at the many different sports design graphics that I have produced for social media in order to heroize athletes and captivate viewers.
